Clinical Supervision

If you are a provisionally or fully Licensed Professional Counselor, SAC-IT, SAC, OR CSAC, seeking supervision or consultation, I offer individual and group clinical supervision grounded in evidence-based practice.

With specialized experience in trauma, forensic evaluation, justice-involved populations, and multicultural competency, I bring a depth of supervisory experience that goes well beyond the typical hours log.

My approach to supervision is developmental and collaborative. I meet supervisees where they are, tailoring supervision to their skill level, caseload demands, and professional goals.

Good supervision should challenge you, support you, and prepare you for the full range of clinical realities you will encounter in the field; however, good supervision is also collaborative, not necessarily prescriptive, and grounded in the human condition.
